We are located in New York City.
How does your shipping work?
Most of our items will be shipped from our local warehouse in the U.S., but since Pwrfull works with international fashion manufacturers, some orders will be shipped to you from across the globe.
Your item may take 1-4 weeks to arrive.
Will I be charged customs and import duties?
We will cover duty and tax costs on all orders delivered to USA.
What if I have received an order with missing or damaged items?
In case you find any items missing or damaged, please just reach out to us at email@example.com and we will gladly get this sorted out for you. If your order arrives damaged or broken, we will require a photo proof of what you received.
If you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you. We will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.
How do I cancel my order?
If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at email@example.com and provided that it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.
Once your order has been shipped we will be unable to cancel it.
What is your return policy?
Items must be returns within 30 days of receiving your order. For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us. Items must have all tags attached. Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.
